I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and offered a nice view over Odori Park. The service was professional and the location was excellent, just a short walk from both Sapporo station and Susukino. However, the dining options were mainly tuned to Japanese/Asian guests, and there was no computer print facility available, which was a bit inconvenient.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anything other than a 1-night stop in Sapporo. The rooms had a lot of noise; I could literally hear whenever the people upstairs used the bathroom or took a shower. It must have been the cheapest room category compared to other hotels I used to stay at.

The hotel's location is excellent, within convenient walking distance from Sapporo Station & the Susukino entertainment district. It's great for exploring the city, but you might need to walk a bit to get to the subway station.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is ideal, right next to the festival and a short walk from both Sapporo station and Susukino. The rooms were exceptionally clean, adorned with nice furniture, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. The service was top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond, especially for a foreigner like me. The dining experience could be improved with more Western options, but the overall value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a great Sapporo stay!
